Overlooking the Red Sea, NEOM hosts a range of Two-bedroom, One-bedroom apartments, in different communities around NEOM region, complete with separate living room space (except for Studio Type apartments) and a washroom providing residents with an idyllic place to create their new home. All NEOM Community residential units come with the following appliances and furniture as standard:

ACCOMMODATION TIPS
A resident shall refrain from disturbing fellow residents between silent hours (10:00 pm - 06:00 am).
Cabins and the common areas within a block are to be always kept clean and tidy we request all residents to use bins and respect each other when using these spaces.
Community Services teams will be entering cabins periodically to carry out cleaning, essential preventive maintenance, and other routine operational requirements.
No storage sheds or improvements are allowed outside of the cabin. Community Services must approve modifications to cabin interiors and exteriors.
Residing in NEOM Community is exclusive only to them and their direct family members (spouse, siblings, children, and parents) who wish to stay or live in the Community. All residents must be registered at the NEOM housing offices.
Other TIPS
Large gatherings, events, or parties are not to be held in cabins. Speak with Community Services to book the mess hall, multi-purpose room, or recreation rooms.
If a cabin key is lost, the resident must contact the NEOM help desk immediately on 8888 and let them know.
The resident is expected to ensure all windows are locked and secured; close and lock windows and doors when leaving the cabin.
The Service Partner cannot open a cabin for a resident without written consent by the cabin occupant. This is to protect the resident, the occupant, and the Service Partner personnel.
Before leaving your room, always check your valuable items are stored securely or placed into a drawer, bag, or other areas out of sight. A security safe is provided for residents to store important documents and valuables properly.
