Please be at the designated pickup location 10 min prior the Bus departure.
Eating, drinking (except water), and smoking are not permitted inside the vehicles, either by the drivers or by the passenger.
The route to reach the destination is the sole discretion and responsibility of the driver.
Pets shall only be permitted in the vehicle(s) if they are transported in a appropriate pet carrier, cage, or another suitable non-leakage container.
Kids under (12) years old to be accompanied by their parents/adult guardian.
Do not block the aisle, seats or exits with your bags/belongings.
Belongings must remain with the passenger and under their responsibilities.
Transporting unaccompanied luggage is restricted.
Face mask is a must prior entering the vehicle (follow social distancing and do not use the shuttle in case you feel you have any of the COVID-19 symptoms).
Any misuse of transportation assets will be addressed as necessary, to NEOM concerned management.
For lost items/bags collection from the Airport, please note that the service provider drivers or representatives aren't allowed for collection on your behalf, you must collect the items yourself
If a lost item was found in one of the Transportation vehicles, and it is found by a service provider driver or representative, you would find it at the Key control room at 112 building. It is your responsibility for the collection and to sign on the receiving form, or to raise a ticket by contacting 8888 if after 23:00pm for house delivery.
