DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES

The Laundry Services department are committed to providing a high quality of cleaning for both personal and accommodation linen. The Laundry team take care of each piece of clothing as if it were their own and monitor their journey from pick up to such time as your items are returned freshly washed to your unit

  • Cleaning service of rooms including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bed making is to be performed two (2) days per week as per schedule ).

  • Each room cleaning service duration is estimated approximately 20 minutes.

  • Bed linen change one time per week.

  • Soft linen changes each visit.

Laundry team they will deliver at a time that you are available, usually between 05:30 PM - 08:30 PM daily , Laundry Operating Hours 24/7 and can be reached by contacting the NEOM help desk at 8888 or send email to CommunitySoftServices@NEOM.com

HOUSEKEEPING TIPS

  • During cleaning, personal belongings (makeup, perfume, etc.) will be kept as they are, that area will not be cleaned until you move them.

  • Remember that we have safe boxes available upon request if you have valuable items you wish to store. Try to avoid leaving items of value in clear view

  • Cleaning cutlery and glassware is not in the scope of work, and we ask that you please do not request it from the housekeepers.

  • Please assist the team by picking up clothes from the ground and placing them in the wardrobe or designated laundry bags.

  • Fill the laundry slip in full detail (date, extra items, etc.). This will add support in sorting out issues in case of any discrepancy. Laundry submitted without a slip will not be processed.

  • In case you are washing items have holes or faded colors that were not mentioned on the slip, Laundry Services will call to confirm if it is okay to wash them before.
