NEOM COMMUNITY FOR TRAVELING WITHIN THE REGION
Provides long Lease vehicles, Taxi, Bus, and Rent-a-car services to serve your business and Personal requirements. Extending to a range of Shopping destinations and Airports in addition to the special shuttle services between and within NEOM communities.
NEOM ID / Gate pass / NEOS1 badge is a must to board a Bus - “First come first served”.
Following COVID-19 protocols is essential, Only sit in the available seats, not in those with ‘DO NOT USE’. And Face masks must be worn at all times on the bus.
There is possibility of 5 to 10 minutes delay due to traffic or road condition.
Bus will only stop at designated bus stops, please do not ask the driver to stop elsewhere.

All deliveries are now coordinated via our new courier partner, SMSA.
How to use the new courier service:
Regardless of which community you live in, you will now need to use the Community 1 postal address for all your personal online orders and postal items as shown below:

Your deliveries will all be received by SMSA, irrespective of where they are coming from. You will then be contacted by SMSA to let you know that your delivery is ready for collection from the mailbox building in NC1, or the housing administration offices in NEOM Community 2 & OXAGON Community.

TRANSPORTATION TIPS
Please send your request ahead of time to ensure the availability of the Taxi service.
Book your Taxi pickup time 5 hours prior to departure of flight from Tabuk Airport.
Please be at the designated pickup location 10 min prior the Bus departure.
In case your flight is delayed, we suggest you to update the Taxi help desk through the available channels.
Eating, drinking (except water), and smoking are not permitted inside the vehicles, either by the drivers or by the passenger.
The route to reach the destination is the sole discretion and responsibility of the driver.
Pets shall only be permitted in the vehicle(s) if they are transported in a appropriate pet carrier, cage, or another suitable non-leakage container.
Kids under (12) years old to be accompanied by their parents/adult guardian.
Do not block the aisle, seats or exits with your bags/belongings.
Belongings must remain with the passenger and under their responsibilities.
Transporting unaccompanied luggage is restricted.
Face mask is a must prior entering the vehicle (follow social distancing and do not use the shuttle in case you feel you have any of the COVID-19 symptoms).
Any misuse of transportation assets will be addressed as necessary, to NEOM concerned management.
