APRIL 2022 FITNESS CHALLENGE KETTLEBELL WORKOUT!

Dear NEOM Community Residents,

How are we with our 2022 fitness goals? Hope that your fitness goals for first quarter has been reached! Let’s get kickin’ for the second quarter challenges.

This month challenge is a focus on kettlebell.

Simply grab a Kettlebell and work through the routine repeating the cycle of exercises for 10 minutes! Participate each day throughout April to increase your chances of being announced as your community’s winner!

You can check out the posters in each of the NEOM Community Gyms for specific details of the monthly challenge and the exercises involved. You can also speak to one of the friendly fitness team members for support and more information. The team will also be happy to record your participation and results.

Kettlebell Challenge Exercise:

  • Kettlebell Weight = Male - 8kg

  • Female - 4kg

  • Two handed KB swings x10

  • KB back lunges with rotation x10

  • KB shoulder press left side x10

  • KB shoulder press right side x10

  • Single arm Deadlift x10 (each side)

  • Goblet Squats x10

  • Single arm Rows x10 (each side)

  • Squat to Shoulder Press x10

  • Repeat cycle for 10 minutes
