FEBRUARY 2022 GYM CHALLENGE H.I.I.T. WORKOUT !

Dear NEOM Community Residents,
Did you enjoy last month’s abdominal work out challenge? Hopefully it was the perfect start to your 2022 fitness journey.
This month we are continuing to build on January’s successes by launching another exciting monthly challenge with the exceptionally popular H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training). Not only will this program help you develop your overall cardiovascular capacity, but it will also improve your general muscular strength.
Participate in our H.I.I.T. program each day throughout February to increase your chances of being announced as your community’s winner. There are prizes up for grabs for the winners from each Community Gym - but you have to be in to win it!
Check out the posters in each of the NEOM Community Gyms for specific details of the monthly challenge and the exercises involved. You can also speak to one of the friendly fitness team members for support and more information. The team will also be happy to record your participation and results.
H.I.I.T. Workout Challenge Exercises:
Burpees x 15
High/Low Plank x 15
Squat Jumps x 15
Push Ups x 15
Star Jumps x 15
Seated Knee Tucks x 15
Repeat 2 rounds
