JOIN US FOR A HALLOWEEN EXTRAVAGANZA EVENT!
26 Oct 21
Dear NEOM Residents,
Halloween is just around the corner! It’s a fun time of year for kids of all ages to get a chance to dress up, decorate, carve pumpkins, and share in some spooky fun!
On Sunday, October 31, we will host a Halloween Extravaganza at the Community 1 Football Field. The event is open to all community residents, and we encourage you (children and adults) to dress up, enjoy the entertainment and spooky games we have in store.
Ghoulish face painting, a haunted maze, a spider candy web, live music, and exciting games booths are just few things you can expect to enjoy at the Halloween Extravaganza.
Here are some other ways you can get involved:
Pumpkin Carving
Pumpkins will be available to purchase for 15 SAR at the Recreation Center on Wednesday, October 27 from 04:00 pm - 05:30 pm.
Carved pumpkin entries are to be submitted and registered on or before 05:30 pm on Sunday, October 31, and will be displayed at the Halloween Extravaganza Event.
Please take care while carving your pumpkins!
Trick-or-Treat
You are invited to join Trick-or-Treating festivities to celebrate Halloween in the community on Sunday, October 31, from 05:30 pm - 07:00 pm.
How you can participate in Trick-or-Treat activities:
Hand out candy to trick-or-treaters. Children will knock at your door and say “Trick-or-Treat”. You can admire their costumes and give them a piece of candy. To indicate that your house is participating, please pick up the poster at the Recreation Center reception and place it at your front door.
Take your children house-to-house to “Trick-or-Treat”. Encourage your children to wear a costume then visit participating houses. The children can ring the bell and when someone answers, say “Trick-or-Treat!”. The person will hopefully then give them some candy.
To identify participating houses, look for a “Trick-or-Treat” sign. Please don’t knock on doors where there is no sign.
