MARCH 2022 GYM CHALLENGE 200 REP WORKOUT!

Dear NEOM Community Residents,

Are you getting the hang of the monthly gym challenge? Are you beginning to feel the health benefits? If you’ve not had a chance to get involved yet, here’s what you need to know.

This month’s challenge is to complete a routine totaling 200 repetitions. The exercises will improve your fitness and have a positive impact on your overall cardiovascular and muscular strength.

You can check out the posters in each of the NEOM Community Gyms for specific details of the monthly challenge and the exercises involved. You can also speak to one of the friendly fitness team members for support and more information. The team will also be happy to record your participation and results.

200 REP workout challenge exercises

  • Squats and shoulder press x 20

  • High/low planks x 20

  • Triceps dips x 20

  • Side plank drops x 20

  • Push-ups x 20

  • Lateral raises x 20

  • Burpees x 20

  • Mountain climbers x 20

  • Bicycle crunches x 20

  • Squats jumps x 20
