EXCITING NIC COMMUNITY UPDATE

Dear Colleagues,

In our efforts to continuously enhance the quality of services across our NEOM communities - and in response to your valuable feedback - we are pleased to update you on some exciting recent developments at the NEOM Industrial City (NIC) Community.

Providing quality services to NIC

Tamimi Global Company (Tamimi) and Emcor Facility Services (EFS) are now delivering the following services to colleagues and residents of NIC:

  • Food services

  • Housekeeping

  • Laundry

  • Maintenance

  • Accommodation services

  • Logistics

  • Pest control

  • Landscaping

This positive enhancement will improve the range and quality of services available in NIC, and importantly will align with the living experiences of those within NEOM Community 1 (NC1) and NEOM Community 2 (NC2).

Maintenance services

EFS will be delivering all maintenance services, and will utilize NEOM’s Computer Aided Facilities Management System. This will support service delivery throughout the NIC Community and assist in our pursuit of excellence.

The EFS team will provide a customer-orientated approach to maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to residents and office users. A highly-qualified team of engineers and technicians will provide a professional service to maintain and enhance the external areas through landscaping and janitorial services.

Quality catering

The Tamimi team will provide daily catering services within NIC, offering a range of quality menu options, theme night menus and specialist dishes, similar to those already available and widely appreciated in NC1 and NC2. We are pleased to confirm that in addition to the standard catering facilities, NIC will also have a number of independent takeaway food retail outlets available.

Housekeeping and laundry

On a twice weekly basis, the Tamimi team will provide housekeeping and laundry services for NIC residents and their accommodation. The schedule for these services can be found on the Community Services website.

A true sense of community

Keep your eyes peeled for more announcements regarding future community events, activities and developments for NIC. These will be designed to create a ‘home away from home’ experience, similar to what we provide in NC1 and NC2.
