Dear all,

As our communities continue to expand and more children are joining the growing NEOM family, we urge everyone to drive with care in and around the NEOM Community.

Your safety and the protection of NEOM’s people and property is extremely important to us.

Please take care while driving your vehicle inside our communities, by adhering to the following road safety rules:

• Stick to the speed limit:

In case you were not aware, the speed limit inside NEOM communities is 20km per hour. Driving above the speed limit puts NEOM employees, their families and visitors at serious risk.

• Be aware of your surroundings:

Please keep an eye out for pedestrians, bicycles and scooters. Give them right of way on our community roads.

• Respect our ‘car free’ zones:

1. NEOM Community 1 is designed to be a car free zone. This is in line with the NEOM’s environmental and active mobility principles. As NEOM Community 1 is now home to many families and small children, the ‘car free’ policy will not only protect their health but limit the chances of potential accidents and injuries.

2. If you are issued a temporary pass to enter NEOM Community 1, please follow the guidelines and restrictions.

3. You are not permitted to leave your car inside overnight. Your support for these important measures is gratefully appreciated. Please, drive safely.
